           information technology (IT) Quality Assurance (QA) and Engineering support to U.S. Government agencies

         worldwide, during the design, construction, installation, and integration of a wide range of IT projects to include

EXPERIENCE:

July 2004 – July 2008 Engineering Tech IV for BAE Systems

Supervisor for the design, installation, testing, Quality Control of Fiber Optic and Cat5E cable. Also a variety of communications equipment including, Media Operations Center, PDS, Satellite TV Systems, Telecommunications, First Responder vehicles and C4I. Created technical drawings with specifications for engineering TFR’s (Trouble and Failure Reports).             

 

October-2001 to July 2004 Project Manager for MILCOM Systems

Project Manager (ISO/OSP), and Quality Assurance, Performed Site Surveys, created Technical Drawings with Specifications to perform and verify installations.   Managed the installation, testing and repair of Fiber Optic, Voice, and Data cabling systems. Managed over 70 workers and 4 Sub-Contractors including conduit and Directional Bore installers.

 

July 2001 to October 2001 Telecommunications Technician IV for MILCOM Systems

Design (ISP/OSP), and Quality Assurance. Performed Site Surveys, created Technical Drawings with Specifications to perform and verify installations. Managed the Installation, testing, and repair, of Fiber Optic, Voice, and Data cabling systems.
